DP's Mbidde Arrested In Fort Portal Top story

Mbidde together with Gerald Siranda, the Democratic Party Secretary General were arrested by Musa Tibakairana, the Kabarole district Police Commander at the Post Office while addressing journalists.

The Democratic Party's Fred Mukasa Mbidde has been arrested in Fort Portal. 

Mbidde together with Gerald Siranda, the Democratic Party Secretary General were arrested this afternoon by Musa Tibakairana,  the Kabarole district Police Commander at the Post Office while addressing journalists.

Tibakairana has refused to comment on the arrest of the two DP officials.

Mbidde was in Fort Portal to attend King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi 22nd coronation anniversary. They are currently still under detention at Fort Police Station.
