Sam Kigula the LC 5 Chairman of Nakasongola has refused to rescind the appointment of DSC Chairman

James Kigudde, a former representative of urban authorities on the Commission had been appointed Chairperson by Nakasongola District Chairperson Sam Kigula in March. But in June this year, the district council directed the Executive Committee to cancel the appointment and propose another nominee.
