Police constable, Ronald Musasizi, who was attached to Kaberebere Police Station in Kaberebere town council, reportedly went missing two months ago.

Efforts by his family and workmates to trace for his whereabouts didn't yield results and until on Tuesday when his decomposing body was found near his home.

Samson Kasasira, the Rwizi Region police spokesperson, says that the deceased's body was handed over to Mbarara Regional Referral hospital for a postmortem to establish the cause of death.

Alex Baryamujura, a neighbor to Musasizi, says the deceased could have committed suicide because he had become a habitual drunkard and hinted on taking his own life.
