The final was handled by Kenyan referees after the first game played on June 6th in Ntungamo aborted because of crowd trouble.
"We are happy that SC Villa will be back playing continental football next year and also the regional Cecafa Kagame Club Championship," said the club Coach Ibrahim Kirya after the match.
The 2014 League Champions KCCA FC started brightly but missed a chance by Michael Birungi. Erisa Ssekisambu later had his penalty kick saved by KCCA Fc goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan after 22 minutes.
But former URA FC skipper Augustine Nsumba made sure SC Villa took the lead with a good finish off a an Isaac Muleme cross.
Two more goals from second half substitutes, Abdul Karim Kasule and Yesseri Waibi were enough to ensure SC Villa represent Uganda in the 2016 CAF Confederations Cup.
Club President Emmanuel Misagga said he was very happy with the players after they came second in the Uganda Premier League (UPL) to SC Vipers. "We deserved to win this trophy and we have made it," he said. SC Vipers will represent Uganda in the CAF Champions League nest year for winning the League title.
SC Villa who have won the Ugandan League title a record 16 times have now won the Uganda Cip nine times.
