Squash team for Prince Grand Prix event in South Africa

Team coach Augustine Banyu Musinguzi who will however not travel because of lack of funds told Uganda Radio Network on Thursday that he expects his players to put up a good show in Johannesburg because they have been working hard.

Kawooya who also participated in the Russia Open this year said he was more than ready to prove that h has been working hard on his game.  Kawooya said he was determined to register a win in South Africa.
 
Although the Uganda Squash Rackets Association (USRA) failed to sponsor the team because of lack of funds, the players have managed to solicit for finances from the private companies and individuals. Two other players Brian Okumu and Paul Kasirye Kadooma have failed to secure sponsorship.
 
The hosts Central Guteng Squash Club will cater for transport and full board accommodation for the two players.
