Mr. David Ouma Balikowa has vast experience in print and broadcast journalism as well as media management and development spanning over two decades. He has also taught Journalism and Mass Communication or over 20 years, mainly in Makerere and Uganda Christian University. He holds an MA Telecommunication/electronic media (USA), LLM Public International Law (UK); Masters in Public Health (South Africa) and BA in Literature and Philosophy (Uganda)

Dr. Zainab Akol

Dr. Zainab Akol has served with Uganda’s Ministry of Health as the Program Manager of the National STD/HIV/AIDS Control Programme. She rose through the ranks of the health ministry, having started out as a medical officer, to a Senior Medical Officer and a Principal Medical Officer. She holds Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Master of Medicine (Public Health) (M.Med PH) (Mak), Post Graduated Diploma in Public Health (DPH) (Mak) and MBchB (Mak)

Sr. Dr. Dominica Dipio

Sr. Dr. Dominica Dipio is an Associate Professor and the Head of the Department of Literature at Makerere University, Kampala. She has a remarkable record as an instructor in the department, for both undergraduate and post graduate students at Makerere. She holds a PhD in African Cinema from the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome, MA in African Literature and BA with Education, (Literature, English Language Studies and Education)

Mr. Ivan Mbabazi Batuma

Mr. Ivan Mbabazi Batuma qualified as a Civil Engineer from Makerere University and is a member of their professional body, Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers as well as the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers in New York. He is a broadcast media owner, but also has investments in real estate and tourism.
